If a First Available request is not accepted quickly, At Short Notice may follow up manually or you can contact support for help.
Yes. If featured professionals are available for your selected service, you can choose one directly instead of using First Available.
No. For First Available requests, your customer contact details should only be revealed once a provider accepts the job.

You should see the service, general location, date/time, fixed fee or price guidance, and event details. Customer contact details are revealed after acceptance.
Featured positions are controlled by At Short Notice. Approved providers can be shown publicly for relevant service categories.
